Before partnering with Garnet, Geloof Digitaal operated as a single-vendor Shopify store, with the founder manually managing all publisher-related operations. As the catalog grew from 10 to 700+ e-books and additionnal publishers were onboarded, this approach became increasingly unsustainable and time-consuming.

As part of the Geloof Digitaal × Garnet partnership, we transformed the platform from a traditional e-commerce store into a scalable digital marketplace:

• Supported encrypted digital asset workflows for secure e-book distribution
• Provided a dedicated publisher interface, allowing publishers to log in, manage their live e-books, submit new titles for approval, and access sales analytics
• Enabled publishers self-service sales reporting, with filters by period and export functionality
• Delivered key customizations, including full Dutch language support to match local publisher needs

Thanks to this partnership, Geloof Digitaal has reduced its quarterly reporting time from ~32 hours to a simple export and cleanup, saving nearly one full week of work per quarter while improving publisher satisfaction, with positive feedback on transparency, autonomy, and access to real-time sales insights.
