The Bradery operates as a key premium stakeholder in the flash sales industry, a unique marketplace model where large product catalogs must be synchronized quickly and prepared for campaigns that run within very short time frames.
As the company entered a new phase of growth, the objective was to expand the pool of potential partners and strengthen its competitive advantages through faster brand onboarding, more efficient operational workflows, and a flexible platform capable of supporting brands with different technical setups. However, existing technology limitations were slowing down this expansion.
As part of the The Bradery × Garnet partnership, we implemented several key improvements to support their growth:
- Development of a reliable PrestaShop integration, allowing brands to connect their store and synchronize product catalogs directly with the marketplace
- Instant onboarding for Shopify brands, enabling products, stocks, and orders synchronization within brand existing workflows
- Implementation of an accounting-neutral order synchronization system, where marketplace orders are transferred to brand stores with a value of 0 to avoid impacting their internal reporting
- Flexible shipping method mapping, allowing delivery options from the marketplace to align with those used by partner brands
Thanks to this partnership, The Bradery unlocked and improved partnerships with brands having specific technical setup (e.g., PrestaShop) and strengthened its competitive advantage through faster vendor onboarding and improved accounting and shipping options.
