Before partnering with Garnet, Golden Health Quest experimented with several multi-vendor solutions, but none fully met the business’s needs. They were either:

• Not vendor-friendly: vendor onboarding was complex, with too many steps and limited autonomy for sellers.

As part of the Golden Health × Garnet partnership, the objective was to simplify marketplace operations while supporting scale. Together, we:

• Implemented Garnet as the single marketplace infrastructure, replacing multiple tools
• Enabled fast and intuitive vendor onboarding, including payments, shipping, and tracking setup
• Automated vendor payouts directly within the platform
• Customized the marketplace workflows to fit Golden Health Quest’s operational needs

Thanks to this partnership, Golden Health Quest achieved:

• 50% reduction in marketplace software costs by consolidating tools into one solution
• Automated payouts for all vendors, removing manual financial operations
• A “set it and forget it” system running reliably in the background, freeing time to focus on growth
