Founder at The Vocal Market I’ve been using Garnet for over 2 years right now and need to say Francois and the team is great! I was using a different marketplace app before but whenever I had issues or something didn’t work they we not flexible at all or just said that something is not possible. With Garnet that was different. Francois helped me and thought with me from the start. Whenever I was missing a feature or needed something implemented in a different way he thought with me and helped me find a solution. It’s just great, now all my vocalists (vendors) have a great dashboard where they can upload their products and have a nice overview with their sales. And I have a great overview of the full marketplace.

Project

The Vocal Market was previously partnering with another Shopify multi-vendor provider, but customer support was neither responsive nor flexible when it came to improvement requests or marketplace customization.

As a part of The Vocal Market - Garnet partnership, we implemented a user-friendly platform for both the marketplace team and the vocalists, including:

A vendor catalog where vocalists can upload large audio files via a dedicated storage integration (learn more), along with space to provide details about their vocals.
A vendor dashboard allowing vocalists to track their orders and sales over time.
A marketplace dashboard, enabling the marketplace team to easily review and validate published vocals with a single click, ensuring consistently high-quality content.
Improved customer experience, allowing them to receive their vocals by email as well as via the order confirmation page.

Thanks to this partnership, The Vocal Market significantly reduced the time spent on vocals validation, while generating strong enthusiasm from vendors for the new platform.
