Garnet has two flavors: topbar and sidebar menu. Which one do you prefer?

To try out the new menu before it is released, you can go to Admin panel > Appearance and set the style to New sidebar menu for admins and vendors.

Change your support email or link

You can change your contact marketplace link in Garnet > Admin panel > Appearance. This email will be used to redirect vendors when they want to reach out to you.

By default it links to the email of the marketplace's owner.

If you want to remove this field, simply set the contact text to empty.

Garnet also supports link starting with https://.

Using the vertical menu, the support button looks like this:

Profit start date

Vendor Profits, Total sales, Total commission and Total due normally count every order a vendor ever received. If you moved to Garnet with a trading history invoiced on another platform, set a start date in Garnet > Admin panel > White-label > Profit start date and those figures only count orders placed from that date on.

This matters because the older orders were sold under different commission terms, so counting them reports a commission you never took, and where the previous platform's rate cannot be recovered, it can even show a negative one.

Only the admin's vendor figures change: order history, payouts and the vendors' own order lists still show everything. The Profits card states the date it counts from, so the figure is never mistaken for the vendor's whole history. Leave the field empty to go back to counting every order.

Search by marketplace name in the search bar

With or witout a custom domain, the user can directly search for marketplace name in their search bar and it will automatically find Garnet Marketplace.
