Easyship integration

Garnet is integrated with Easyship, a global shipping platform offering competitive carrier rates across international markets. When turned on, vendors can purchase shipping labels at preferred rates.

Get started

Sign up on Easyship's website and generate an API key from your Easyship dashboard. You can refer to Easyship's documentation for step-by-step instructions.

Access the delivery settings in Garnet > Admin panel > Integration > Live shipping rates (with Easyship), there you can add your Easyship API key.

Vendor set up

Vendors must fill in their shipping address in Garnet > Settings > Shipping. This address is used by Easyship to compute rates and generate labels.

Vendors can choose which carriers they want to use. Easyship gives access to a wide network of couriers, so vendors can pick the ones that best fit their shipping needs.

Purchase a label

When fulfilling an order, vendors can generate a shipping label directly from Garnet without leaving the platform. They confirm the parcel dimensions, select a carrier rate, and purchase the label in a few clicks.

After the label is generated, a tracking number is automatically associated with the order. Vendors can follow the shipment status directly from the order view in Garnet.

Deactivate the integration

You can deactivate the integration at any time by clicking on Disable integration.
