Shipmondo integration

Garnet is integrated with Shipmondo, a European shipping platform with 60+ carriers and strong coverage across Scandinavia and Europe. When turned on, vendors can get live shipping quotes and purchase shipping labels at preferred rates.

Get started

Sign up on Shipmondo's website and generate API credentials from your Shipmondo dashboard under Settings > API access.

You will need both:

• API User: your Shipmondo API username
• API Key: your Shipmondo API key

Access the delivery settings in Garnet > Admin panel > Integrations > Live shipping rates (with Shipmondo), there you can add your Shipmondo credentials.

When fulfilling an order, Garnet queries Shipmondo for available shipping rates based on sender/receiver addresses and parcel dimensions. Rates from all carriers configured in your Shipmondo account are returned, allowing vendors to pick the best option.

Vendor set up

Vendors must fill in their shipping address in Garnet > Settings > Shipping. This address is used by Shipmondo to compute rates and generate labels.

Purchase a label

When fulfilling an order, vendors can generate a shipping label directly from Garnet:

1. Confirm the sender/receiver addresses and parcel dimensions
2. Click Get shipping rates to see available carrier options with prices
3. Select a rate and click Print label

The label PDF opens automatically, and a tracking number is associated with the order.

Supported carriers

Shipmondo supports 60+ carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNord, Bring, and many regional European carriers. The available carriers depend on your Shipmondo account configuration.

Deactivate the integration

You can deactivate the integration at any time by clicking Disconnect Shipmondo.
