Connection
A vendor connects their store from Garnet > Settings > Integrations. This page covers what happens around that connection.
Allow Garnet through a firewall
If the vendor's store sits behind a firewall or a security plugin that only lets known servers in, allow these two Garnet IP addresses:

All requests from Garnet to the vendor's store come from one of them.
Disconnect
The integration can be disconnected directly from Garnet in Garnet > Settings > Integrations > Disconnect integration. The product will remain and the products and orders will no longer be synchronised with the vendor's eCommerce software.
Reconnect integration
Garnet remembers the links between products. If a brand reconnects their integration, existing products will be updated accordingly.
If a brand already has products on their store but was never connected with Garnet Marketplace, Garnet will first try to find a product match via the variant SKU. If there is no match, the product will be created.
Reconnecting runs the same currency check as a first connection: a Shopify vendor whose store trades in another currency than the marketplace, and whose price multiplier is still 1, gets the live exchange rate as multiplier before the products are refreshed.
