Shippo integration ​

Shippo is the default carrier behind Garnet's live shipping rates. Once connected, customers get carrier rates at checkout and vendors purchase shipping labels at the marketplace's preferred rates.

Get started ​

Access the delivery settings in Garnet > Admin panel > Shipping > Connected Carriers, there you can add your Shippo API key.

To create an API key, you can refer to Shippo's documentation. Garnet accepts both production and test API keys.

Then turn on Enable live shipping rates in Garnet > Admin panel > Shipping > Settings and follow the vendor setup.

Deactivate the integration ​

You can deactivate the integration at any time by clicking on Disable integration.
